When we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:
We use EU-approved SCCs for transfers to countries without adequacy decisions
Transfers to countries with EU adequacy decisions (e.g., UK, Switzerland, Canada)
All sub-processors sign comprehensive DPAs with GDPR-compliant terms
